Your nasebet account is personal to you and must not be transferred to, shared with, or operated by any third party. You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activity conducted through your nasebet account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
Login credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your nasebet login credentials, including your username and password. nasebet will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nasebet immediately via the contact details in Section 15.
Account currency: nasebet accounts for Pakistani players operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and settled in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms.
Account balance: nasebet accounts do not bear interest on any balance held. Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of up to Rs 200 applied to the remaining balance, after reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.
Account closure by player: You may request closure of your nasebet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, subject to verification and the absence of outstanding bonus wagering obligations, will be refunded to your verified payment method.
Deposits: nasebet accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are generally credited to your nasebet wallet within seconds for mobile money methods and within standard processing times for bank transfers.
nasebet does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. nasebet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has been flagged for review.
Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution. Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are processed within 24 hours subject to network confirmation times.
Fees: nasebet does not charge internal fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which nasebet bears no responsibility.
Refused withdrawals: nasebet may refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) identity verification is incomplete; (b) the applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or (d) a withdrawal would breach any applicable anti-money laundering obligation.
All bets and wagers placed on nasebet are subject to these Terms and to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
Cricket and sports betting: Odds displayed on nasebet at the time a bet is placed constitute the agreed odds for that wager. nasebet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or manifest pricing mistake, and will refund the stake in such circumstances. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome is known will be voided.
Casino games: All casino games offered on nasebet — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to specific games are as published by the respective game providers.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on nasebet. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by nasebet at any time without prior notice.
Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game or bet, nasebet reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player. nasebet bears no liability for losses arising from platform malfunctions beyond the return of the stake.

Where a breach is confirmed, nasebet will take appropriate action, which may include immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance in the account will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, nasebet reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
nasebet also reserves the right to terminate the Platform entirely or to withdraw services from specific markets or jurisdictions, in which case reasonable prior notice will be provided and all verified player balances will be returned.
nasebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nasebet will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform, providing at least 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the nasebet Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nasebet holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of any dispute between you and nasebet arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting nasebet's customer support team as set out in Section 15. nasebet will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by nasebet's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable to you.
